Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The worst hotel we ever seen. Firstly we booked 4 rooms but there was some issues between vrbo and hotel, and I had to pay again at the front desk. The access amount got refunded after a week. However the behavior of receptionist was very rude. There was issues with all rooms. First room’s bathroom wasn’t getting locked. Second room beds were setup reversed- spring side up. Can someone imagine ? They provided substitute room for which the toilet was chocked up. And for another room suddenly that fire alarm or something fall from ceiling. We recommend don’t ever think to stay in this hotel.
