This is a beautiful home with exceptional amenities. Is just about the closest home to the fairgrounds. Does need a gas grill.Thank you for letting us stay!!

Large house with lots of potential. The owner had a beautiful Xmas tree up and lots of extras throughout the house-blankets, soaps, first aid kit. He was good with communication, however The coffee maker was unusable and did not get fixed or replaced during our stay after we brought it to his attention on day 1. The house could use new paint and new flooring on the inside. The yard is huge and has a small fenced in section for dogs which was really nice. We would likely stay here again.

Greenville Gem

The house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and a huge TV to watch the game on. There is also a big game room. The host, Matt, was easy to work with and communicated promptly. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to rent this lovely home.

The location and house were perfect for our weekend trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to stretch out when we had a moment to relax. They have a great rec room setup but we didn’t have time to take advantage of the games with all the wedding activities that were scheduled. There is also a nice backyard to relax in and with the location, again, would be a peaceful place to relax. Matt was super easy to work with and the weekend went well. I only marked cleanliness down as there are stains in the carpets which had no bearing on our enjoyment of the house.

Matt was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The home was spacious and accommodating for our early family Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the tranquility and easy accessibility for our handicapped family member. So easy to commute to sites in the area. We would definitely make a return trip.
