Customer service was great! There was an issue on their end with my deposit but it was quickly resolved. The rooms were clean and I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms. They did serve continental breakfast but I did not partake so I can not speak on it but lots of people seemed to enjoy. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Amazing property for the price I paid!

Probably the perfect hotel. Staff was friendly, the rooms are very modern, the location is very quiet but equally very convenient to a TON of places to eat. And for the price, it’s a no brainer. I stayed here for nine days recently for a business trip. Great experience! No issues at all

When I arrived at the no smoking facility, there was pot smell in the hallways on the first floor. It seemed to come out of the staff laundry area and not for one of the guest rooms. The last thing I want in a no smoking hotel is pot smoke. . The pet area was conveniently located and well maintained. Breakfast was available as stated.
