Our room had a prominent odor, the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. There was someone’s hair all over the towels, floor and cubby that holds the towels - disgusting! There also was toothpaste in the sink. I have pictures. We also were charged more at the front desk than our reservation quote. When we received the receipt, it had our registration quote on it and not what we were charged!

We stayed at the hotel to see a family member that is dying. The hotel was convent for the location but the room was not clean. The shower had dirt in it, the room smelled like wet dog and the mattress to the pull out couch was stained.

Had a very unpleasant discovery upon pulling the sheets back in our room, but the housekeeping staff was immediately all over the issue within minutes. I suspect the person that cleaned the room simply rushed through and I can understand how this can happen having experience with employee supervision. As an aside, one of the manager's of the hotel proactively contacted me the following morning to apologize for the oversight. Kudos to him for that. Stuff happens.

Family Trip

Great stay with family. Convenient location with plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. Very close to the highway as well. Very quiet location and having a kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove and microwave was a plus!

Room was very clean but there was a very loud party on the main floor that concerned us. The back lobby door was propped open on the main floor at night and parking was limited due to the amount of people at the party. The restrooms in the back lobby were filthy. Cushions on the couch in our room were coming apart at the seam. We stay at this location a lot as our son plays football close by. I hope management will maintain this property so that it remains nice and not allow loud parties to be hosted here.

Bathroom sink was clogged (which they did come and fix), kitchen light didn’t work, hall light didn’t work, shower curtain wasn’t wide enough to keep water in, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in shower were all empty and there was pubic hair on the bottles.
