Welcome to Pia & Simonetta, a spacious 65 m² two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of Casa Falorni. Zone A (Pia) is a 30 m² bedroom featuring two single beds, a single sofa bed, and views over Piazza Matteotti. Zone B (Simonetta) includes a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom across 35 m². The two areas have separate entrances but are connected internally by an adjoining door. Renovated in traditional Tuscan style while offering modern comforts, this accommodation is ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

By opening the connecting door, two separate apartments become one large and comfortable home, accommodating up to six guests.



Pia & Simonetta are two apartments within Casa Falorni, located on the third floor of the historic building that has housed the Falorni family butcher shop and delicatessen on the ground floor for generations.



This unique layout, which allows the apartments to be rented either separately or together, is perfect for large families or groups of friends traveling together. It offers the opportunity to experience the authentic, relaxed atmosphere of Greve in Chianti without sacrificing comfort or modern amenities.



Guests can also enjoy the shared terrace, available to all residents of Casa Falorni, where they can relax with a book, work on their laptop, or sample delicious local specialties from the Falorni Butcher Shop.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the reserved Pia & Simonetta apartment.

A shared terrace on the first floor is available to all guests and is the perfect place to relax with a glass of Chianti wine or enjoy local delicacies.



Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Before arrival, you will receive your personal access code for the keypads located next to both the building entrance and the apartment entrance.



Upon request, luggage may be stored before check-in so you can begin exploring Greve in Chianti while the apartment is being prepared.



Other Things to Note:

The building is equipped with an elevator suitable for one guest and one suitcase at a time.

We are delighted to offer authentic local experiences through our partnership with the historic Falorni Butcher Shop, located on the ground floor of the building.
