"Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Harrogate. What a lovely characterful place . The staff were excellent . The food was brilliant and what a fab place the bar was . Loved our stay , thank your u. Special thanks to Jordan at night for sorting the key card faff. Top lad 👍. "

"Lovely historic building with a nod to the past in the internal character but with an overall modern feel within the rooms. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safety deposit box and toiletries which made this a lovely room. Would have liked a better view, we were in room 145 at the back of the property and tbe coffee/tea tray was on a unit where there wasnt a plug so had to keep moving the entire tray to the dressing table when using the kettle. Given complimentary drink at the bar for our wedding anniversary which was nice and arrived in our room to towel swans and rose petals on the bed which was a lovely touch. Lovely breakfast with a variety of options - all good quality produce. Location was very convenient for walking into the centre of Harrogate. "
