"Room was big and clean. Modern kitchen, big tvs, nice table and chairs, and bathrooms. The pool was nice, but need to reserve spots for different hours of day and week. Nice temp and slide, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. No shallow end for small kids, but they did have a splash pad. Very close to town and other shops, and blue mountain. Weren't able to have cleaning services in our room which was a bit of a miss, but we managed; would have been nice to have the room cleaned though. Overall, very good experience for our family."

"All in all very good hotel and experience . Loved the location , amenities , resturant and the room we stayed in . One remark , I notice an issue with customer service , which is unfortunately very common these days . We arrived early around 12:30 . I knew it’s earlier than the standard check in which was 3 pm as I remember . I simply presented to the lady at check in . Sadly , her look was very unwelcoming . I asked if a check in prior to 3 pm might be possible . Simply , so we can plan activities and dinner for the kids ( to better manage time ) She immediately responded by stating that actual check in is at 4 pm and can not guarantee earlier check in but will let me know if the room is ready . I was eventually contacted by 1:30 pm we my room was ready . As much as I appreciate the hard work and courtesy. I really feel bad for the way the lady was talking to me . I travel often , and I know how does it feel when you arrive to your destination and get a genuine welcoming attitude. This was not the case here ."
