Top Greyfriars Episcopal Church Hotel Reviews
The Birchtree Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Had an overnight stay , warm welcome lovely bar area great for sport , outside area was lovely, shame it had rained would have nice to have sat out there. We had the choice to eat in the bar or restaurant, we chose the restaurant which was small and cosy, the food was amazing, Blair the waiter is a credit to the hotel very pleasant as were the rest of the staff , thanks for a lovely stay"
The Ship Inn
10/10 Excellent
"What a great little place! The staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and as advertised, food was good and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. I stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding a nearby GG Yards, and even booked to stay on for an extra night. Gatehouse of Fleet & The Ship Inn had a really nice chilled vibe, plenty of things to do locally, and a lovely spot for exploring this part of Scotland."
The Garret
8/10 Good
"Great location. Clean room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast"
Barholm Accommodation
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was great, comfortable beds and plenty of room. The communal kitchen area was great for making our breakfasts. Car park right outside. Its not a luxurious place to stay, but it is clean and comfortable and we will definitely use it again"
Imperial Hotel
8/10 Good
"I don’t think the Imperial Hotel has had a makeover since the demise of Empire, but - the room was clean, the bed comfy, the staff were lovely, and we had a cooked breakfast - all for £75. Excellent value for a one-night stopover."
Cottage with stunning views over Kirkcudbright Bay, a short walk from the beach.
10/10 Excellent
"The garden IS fully enclosed, making it safe for dogs - and the views are superb."
The Kings Arms Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I thought the Kings Arms was an excellent country pub for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the restaurant and bar as well."
CORBIE NEIST: Overlooking Kirkcudbright Harbour
