The property is absolutely fabulous. Majestic in its position above Grezzana, with a spectacular view over the local hillsides. Our room was a suite complete with a huge well appointed bathroom, kitchen with fridge, hot point cooker, cutlery and china, and cafe table. The gated grounds are incredible! The breakfast is substantial and catered to a variety of cultural choices, from sweet to savoury. Everyone we communicated with were so kind, caring and delightful! We cannot recommend this property highly enough!

This beautiful house was the perfect place to stay and explore northern Italy. Our room was spacious clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was superb and set us up for busy days exploring. Our host and her staff welcomed us warmly and looked after us during our stay. The location allowed us easy access to Lake Garda, Milan Venice and Verona. We will be definitely be returning

Borgo 27 is a wonderful Villa nestled in the hills above Verona. The owners are really friendly and everything was top notch including the marvelous breakfast laid out on glass dishes in the tastefully furnished breakfast room. Apparently they also own the Villa Arvedi (one of the historic grand villas of the area) which they rent out for weddings and special occasions. Our room was so spacious with an attached kitchen and living room. The bed linens were five star hotel quality and everything was sparkling clean. The only downside was that it was a little far (maybe a 25 min in a car) from the center of Verona, but the view more than made up for it. I would definitely like to come back and stay a couple days and relax and enjoy the area.

Donatella greeted us when we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. We were not disappointed by anything. Just need to get used to the small bathroom showers we’ve encountered in Europe.

Beautiful guest house
Very well kept house. Donatella was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and comfy. The exterior is stunning. We used here as a base for 5 days to trip around to different towns and it was perfect.

Nice and very spacious room with small kitchen, refrigerator, stove and everything you woul need for a short or long period stay. Nice property, sourroundings and gardens. Easy access by car.

Borgo 27 was such a pleasant surprise on our trip. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and caring. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast outside most mornings in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend staying her. They really care about making your time special.

Friendly, very helpful staff, room 6 was very spacious, good rate. 15-20 minute walk to restaurants, and Bertani wine shop/cellars are just a 5 minute walk down the hill.

Just amazing !!!

Feels exclusive!
The rooms are large and everything is as per the pictures. Beautiful building and setting. You can take your breakfast outside or eat in the breakfast room. You can walk into the local town.

This is our 3rd stay at Borgo 27. Amazing house in the country just outside of Verona. Lovely suites and very helpful staff. A bar would be a welcomed addition to this hotel. Breakfasts are excellent.

My host was very gracious and friendly. There was a problem with the AC in my room upon arrival and she promptly put me in another room that was even nicer than the first! I stayed in the Romeo and Juliet room suit and I also saw 2 other rooms. This place is stunning! I stayed in quite a few places during my stay in Italy. This was by far the best! The breakfast was delicious and much more than a few packaged treats as many B&Bs give out. The grounds are beautiful as are the views. One word of advice. Trust your GPS to get you there. I ran past the driveway several times and didn't see it and thought my GPS had gone bonkers. The driveway is long, narrow and steep and tucked a bit into a side road at the last turn my GPS gave me. Once I realized I was passing it up it never was hard to find again. The location from Verona is perfect. I took my host's advice and parked by the cemetary where there was free parking. The walk from there to the city center was about 1K on flat ground. If you are going to Verona or visiting the town I definately recommend staying here.

From the minute we arrived we feel that staff really care about their guests, every morning we were greeted by the staff asking about our stay. House is really quiet and surrounded by greenery, all you can hear are crickets which we found kinda adorable. Apartment we stayed was in a separate building, very spacious and with a full kitchen which is helpful if you don’t want to drive anywhere and cook your own dinner.

Perfect Spot on the Hill
Our favorite place on a ur 2 week tour of Italy. This is a gem 15-20 minutes outside of Verona. The views from the hill top were stunning. The service was above and beyond. They made arrangements for us to tour a few places the very next day. And had lovely flowers in our room for us. We will come back.

Perfect stay just outside of Verona
Absolutely memorable stay in a wonderful location. Quiet surroundings yet close enough to Verona to be convenient by car. Clean and comfortable rooms (ours had a large living room and bedroom with a modern and fully equipped bathroom). Breakfast layout was fantastic and the hosts were lovely. Brilliant restaurants were recommended and fully appreciated. Looking forward to going back. Good wifi and AC.

Most amazing place!

Beautiful place for our 25th anniversary.
Donatella was our host for Borgo 27 and I highly recommend staying here. The suite was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing everyday. The staff always wanted to make sure we were pleased with the service and made sure any requests were handled very quickly. The bed had more than enough room and was very comfortable. The room was huge and had a full kitchen. Lot of room to relax. The view from the patio area was breathtaking.

Welcome to Paradise
If you are looking for a villa in Italy where you can drive into a postcard setting this is it! Up on top of a hill with spectacular views it was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They set up a dinner reservation at a local restaurant that was awesome and good wine was very affordable. If you want to do some winery visits this is a perfect location. I hope to be back next year and with more friends staying a little bit longer as the accommodations were first class in every respect.

This place is amazing. The photos don't even do it justice. The place is comfortable, exquisitely decorated, quiet and private. Donatella was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night at the end of the our trip.

Gorgeous villa near Verona
My husband and I stayed were extremely pleased with our stay at Borga 27. We loved the peaceful setting (there is a bit of traffic noise but nothing to be concerned about). The gardens were lovely and had panoramic views. They were a nice place to eat breakfast (which was plentiful and fresh) or simply relax in. We much preferred this setting to a large hotel in the city. It made us feel like we lived in an Italian villa. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It is an amazing opportunity to stay here is this historic villa. Breakfast was fabulous. However, if you travel by train like we do, it is expensive to get here by taxi, and then to take taxi into town for dinner etc. But still less than renting a car for a few days from the Verona train station.

Beautiful Inn in jaw dropping setting
Unfortunately, just one night here but what a wonderful surprise. It's beautiful, peaceful and service is excellent from everyone associated with the Inn. We will definitely be back - not too far of a drive to Verona and surrounded by the beautiful countryside, this is a special place!
