"We stayed at the Hotel Alpina (H-Hotel property) in August 2025 for a night. We were upgraded to a Jr Suite and the room was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and had breathtaking views of the mountains from the Balcony. Morning breakfast was also very good, loved how the hotel was eco friendly with minimal to no use of plastic. "

We were a little disappointed that the pool was rather cold and the spa was boarded up. No hottub after a long day hiking.
Breakfast comes with the stay and it was fabulous. Free coffeee, cake and other snacks all day. Great bar area, although because they don't have a restaurant, you have to ask for drinks at the front reception. "

Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to visit the castle."
