"Booked a five-night stay for business meetings in the local area. My room was very clean and hit all the spots for me. Nice big desk area for working. Wifi was fair, not really fast but allowed me to get my work done with very minor slowdowns. Enough plugins for charging devices. The bathroom was basic but had space and was very clean. Check-in desk is located in the pub. Not really well marked on the outside so I ended up going in the restaurant door and had to get directions. No problem, as now I knew where the pub was located. They don’t serve breakfast. There is a McDonald’s right next store and a 7-11 about a 5-minute walk away. So some basic options. I ate in the pub several times for dinner and the food is very good. Yes, some standard pub options but with the attached restaurant, they have a good selection of options outside of normal pub fare. Really enjoyed the food and they have a good selection of beers, ales, etc. Overall, highly recommended if staying in the Salisbury area. Ps. Coming from North America, we would call this a motel and not a hotel. But I was informed that in Australia because it has an attached pub and restaurant, it is called a hotel. Noted!"

"The place is compact and the kitchen is tiny. I had a decent time at this place. However since it’s pretty much a room, your experience depends on others in the house as it’s not entirely private since people going in and out of the house a few times can make you frustrated. The Wifi was pretty average and I have notified the host about this as well. The AC is solid and you had a little fridge to keep your groceries and stuff. I did not have access to the backdoor. The place was clean and tidy. The ventilation management was unsatisfactory, a quick shower would make the whole place foggy in no time. However, the communication with the host was pretty great. It’s a solid and safe area. Plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transport."

"We loved this house and had a really enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy, and the host was fantastic with constant communication throughout our stay. The rooms were well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable.Our only disappointment was the kitchen. As the house sleeps 8 people, we expected there to be enough large pots and pans to cook meals for a group of that size, but unfortunately there weren’t. The symbols on the oven were also quite worn away, which made it difficult to work out the different settings. Even having the oven manual available in the drawer would have been helpful.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. With a few improvements to the kitchen, this house would be even better."
