The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation.

It is a beautiful small hotel ,very clean and beautifully decorated like nature coloring and calm music everywhere. The staff are extremely warm nice and helpful!!!

Hotel staff was great! Always willing to help and guide us on what to do, where to go and also brought a lot of experience on what would make our experience better. They go out of their way to accommodate and help. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve had and it by itself was a great experience. Room and hotel made the whole stay in chania perfect, as it feels you are staying in part of history with all the amenities and it is a well kept property.

This was such an incredible resort. The staff is absolutely impeccable and their beachside/poolside service was amazing. The buffet was impressive and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d go back over and over.
