A large fully renovated apartment (about 79sqm).
2/3 bedrooms and 2 shower-rooms.
A/C and WIFI.
2 double-oriented terraces.
A 9m x 2.70m mooring.

Superb apartment on the ground floor in the center of Port Grimaud 1.
This single-storey apartment is composed as follows:
- a dining-room with a well-furnished open kitchen (2 dishwashers, SMEG stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with a separate freezer),
- a living-room with a sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a large double bed and its en-suite shower-room,
- a bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds - the third one on the top is not authorized)
- an independant shower-room and separate toilets;
- laundry room with a washing-machine and a dryer.
A/C and WIFI
Linen and towels not included in the rental.
On the canal side, an East-oriented terrace with a big table to have lunch or dinner and another South-oriented terrace to relax and enjoy the panoramic view.
A 9m x 2.70m mooring along the terrace (for a boat up to 2.50m wide).
