"Just a lovely situated and comfortable hotel. It was quiet, clean and a large room with balcony overlooking the harbor. Close to restaurants, stores and walking areas. Probably quite busy in summer but perfect in fall."

"You can’t beat an ocean view and every window in our room looked out onto the harbor. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The windows in the room were in need of maintenance and when the winds were 25 mph it led to chilly airflow. The bathroom shower has a half door design which we found allowed water to spray onto the floor. Overall you cannot beat the beauty of the location which was what we were looking for in an anniversary trip."

"The property was easy to find and conveniently located to all of the sights we had on our list for this section of the Maine coast. We especially appreciated all of the forethought the host(s) gave to instructions on everything from the TV/Streaming services to the highlights for the area. The place was absolutely immaculate! We had 2 friends join us for our stay. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the deck for post-dinner conversations and had no problem sharing the bath. The shower curtain with the map of the area was great! We found the plaque at the Inn on Southport Island where our heroine, Rachel Carson's ashes are located and saw her home from the boat we took for a sunset cruise. Only one small comment- we weren't sure if it was ok to hang our bath towels over the gate at the top of the stairs. With 4 people, we needed a bigger towel area for them to dry. If you don't want visitors to use this, the a drying rack might be a good idea. We had a great stay - spent one entire day at the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden - Fabulous for just about anyone!! 5 minutes to grocery store and to Boothbay Harbor. Strongly recommend this location to anyone who loves the outdoors, plants and history."

"We had an incredible stay at Spruce Point in Ocean Point. The house exceeded our expectations in every way—it was beautifully maintained, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. The surrounding area was just as impressive. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and we never got tired of taking them in. Despite feeling peaceful and tucked away, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to explore. We did have an issue with the stove during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding. They responded immediately and had the stove completely replaced within a day, which was incredibly impressive. Their quick communication and exceptional customer service made an already wonderful stay even better. If you're looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with stunning scenery, a fantastic location, and responsive management, this is the perfect place. We can't wait to come back!"

"The property was excellent and in great condition. Our family had a wonderful stay. However, the listing clearly stated that it had three full bathrooms but in reality it only has two full bathrooms. There was also one half bathroom as indicated in the house information."
