We do not live on site and rely on professional cleaning staff. We will provide you with clear access instructions and let you know the key delivery process. Cleaning and linen change will be done. From Jan 2026, due to increasing maintenance fees, cleaning fee covers cleaning, linen and towel laundry, supplies of taxed trash bags, detergent, dishwasher tab, soap, toilet paper, no other toiletries. Tourist tax will be charged at booking confirmation through an extra payment request. Lovely apartment with exceptional views. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The property was clean and well stocked. The mountain views from the porch and interior (including the shower!) were great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It is quite a walk from the downtown and train station, but nice and quiet. Highly recommended!
The place is simple and clean and functional. The view is great. The bus service is good. We had access to excellent hikes and enjoyed our time immensely. Good weather a help! The nearby restaurant is a very nice family run place.

Enough space for 5 adults. Kitchen complete equipped, nice balcony at the sun side, garage is small, not suitable with a ski box or large car. Very nice close to the Bodmi bus station, and there you can also ski towards the First cable car station.
We really liked the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. Nothing is missing. The view out of the window is amazing. The garage parking space is unfortunately too small for slightly larger cars, the public parking lots nearby are very expensive. But we found a good solution with the owner.We can recommend the accommodation!Thank you very much!
This location is a bit up the mountain (I'm sure it is fantastic for skiing but we visited in August). As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up. The flat itself is spacious and bright. It was amenable to self-catering, and had excellent laundry facilities.
Despite great views, access to building and apartment very difficult due to door locks being extremely difficult to open.
Kitchen was clean however if you plan on cooking you will need to buy everything.
Bus access to Grindelwald center very convenient.
This was our favorite stay on a 2 week trip. The host was wonderful in providing very detailed instructions well in advance, along with a bus pass and travel cards that netted discounts. We easily found and accessed the place and were dazzled by the views and the great layout of the place- it is very spacious and cozy and a pleasure to be in. If you need groceries, there is a great COOP with parking a quick drive down the hill. The apartment has all you need to prepare great meals and the kitchen is well laid out.
We truly didn’t want to leave and hope to return.

Lovely large, clean apartment with fabulous views. Regular buses into town. Tv with Netflix. Able to ski down to cable car. Garage space not big enough if you have a large car. We parked in guest space next to building.

I highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in Grindelwald. It’s very spacious and offers beautiful views from every part of the house. It’s conveniently close to the bus stop and within walking distance to food and grocery stores.
Great place to stay, beautiful view. Very clean. Good beds and nice linens.We much appreciate the washer and dryer.Not walking distance from the village. Public bus transportation.Highly recommend the chalet.
