Das Haus Belvedere ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir fahren schon länger als 20 Jahre in diesem Ambiente! Kurze Wege zum Strand und Durch den Dünenpark wird alles sehr aufgewertet!

Lage zum Strand und der Promenade optimal, In den höheren Zimmern ist der Blick aufs Wasser noch besser. Einige Balkone sind Rückversetzt ( hier auch) daher ab ca 15 Uhr keine Sonne mehr auf dem Balkon. Elektrische Markise und gute Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon vorhanden. Immer Meerblick bei dem Objekt buchen angeraten. Das Gebäude ist aus den siebzigern, aber gepflegt. Fahrstuhl ist groß und sauber. Garagenplatz zum Apartment auch optimal gelegen. das Apartment ist im Eingangsbereich ziemlich dunkel. der vorhandene DVD Player hatte keine Funktion. Informationsmaterial über die Wohnanlage bzw von Grömitz haben wir nur wenig gefunden. Küche und deren Ausstattung nicht hochwertig aber gut und ausreichend. Badezimmer nicht allzu groß aber hell und freundlich Große Dusche. Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut erhalten. Wer es allerdings stylisch haben möchte ist hier fehl am Platz. Direktbuchung über Ahrens spart die Provision über andere Provider. Hervorzuheben ist die top Lage zum Strand. Wer nicht weit laufen möchte ist hier richtig. Lokale und Bäckerei Junge ist alles in unmittelbaren Nähe vorhanden.

Es war eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, es fehlte an nichts! Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen! Wie schon in der ausführlichen Objektbeschreibung bemerkt, sind die Parkplätze sehr eng. Früher waren die Autos eben noch kleiner Mann sollte auf jedem Fall die Parkempfehlung befolgen und mal vorwärts und rückwärts einparken. Dann stehen immer zwei Fahrzeuge mit den Fahrertüren zueinander und dann kommt man gut in das jeweilige Fahrzeug. Wie bereits von einigen Vorgängern geschrieben, überquert man eine Straße, dann den Deich und schon ist man an der Promenade. Da wir ständig unterwegs, oder am Strand waren, haben wir vom minimalen Baulärm vom neuen Dünenpark nichts mitbekommen. Darüber was zu schreiben wäre Jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die Agentur Ahrens können wir nur loben! Bei uns war nach drei Tagen das TV defekt, von der Schadensmeldung um 10:00Uhr bis zum Aufstellen des neuen Gerätes dauerte es ca. 5 Stunden. Besten Dank dafür Unsere Empfehlungen: Die Bäckerei im Dünenpark, auf jedem Fall mal Frühstücken gehen. Und das Fischlokal am Riesenrad!!! VG K und H

Es handelt sich um eine gut eingerichtete FW in der man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Durch ihre zentrale Lage ist man schnell an der Promenade. Man muss nur eine Straße überqueren.
