"Room was clean and comfortable but lot of noise from scraping of chairs and walking on the hard floor in the room above. Staff were very helpful, friendly and approachable. We had a small issue with our aircon which was sorted immediately. Indoor pool was ok but outdoor pool was too cold to get into. ..."
