The rooms are excellent. The room I had was very spacious. The neighborhood is very calm. The motorway closeby is noticeable depending on where the room is located when opening windows, but not noisy at all.

Didn’t like the shower. After using it the whole bathroom filled with water. Hotel was very rude trying to edit a room stay due to unforeseen reasons. Room service to clean room had to be ordered online and the staff didn’t clear cups or bottles belonging to hotel.

I was told that they had me upgraded - the onl request I had was to be on the highest available floor in m room category. My wish was ignored and while checking in inwss told I had been upgraded to a higher category. I landed on the ground floor and there where holes hammered into the dry wall while the room only bemused with eh curtains closed. When approached my feedback to be moved was ignored, telephone wasn’t picked up and during check outlines even goldmine can’t get a proper invoice, as it would have been booke b Expedia - which is true but I specifically booked payment in hotel in order to not have invoicing issues

The hotel was nice. The room was more than we expected for the price. But when we came back and wanted to order our food at the restaurant it took quite long. This I assume would be due to understaffed personal. So I am not too disappointed in it. The quality of it was more than decent. Overall the stay at the hotel was worth it.

One of the waiters ruined the overall impression

The hotel was nice, lovely rooms and the staff was friendly and service minded. However, one person ruined the general impression: one of the waiters who was very rude and did not understand what his job in a service business means. A pity, because otherwise we would have liked to come back to Leonardo next time.

Poor wifi

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet, although our room did not have wifi. We asked at reception, only to be told there are "working on it". But it wasn't working for the length of our stay.

Im Großen und ganzen war es sehr gut, schönes Hotel, grosse Zimmer auch sauber,Lage ok zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in ca.20 min. Das Frühstück war ok die Auswahl war nicht so groß und was mir nicht gefallen hat ist daß die Tische nicht abgeräumt waren so dass man nicht wusste wo man sitzen kann weil alles andere belegt war, Teller und Kaffeetassen waren mangelware anscheinend 😞

Schönes Hotel, das sowohl verkehrsgünstig als auch ruhig liegt. Es ist zwar eine schnellstraße in der Nähe. Trotzdem kann man gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer war hochwertig ausgestattet, hat aber auch schön ein paar Gebrauchsspuren. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
