Dear Traveller, We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience during your stay. Everybody should love everybody, like the signs on the outside of the hotel. TSH is open minded for every individual. We are sorry that we didn’t give you this feeling by the check in. We try to give everybody a special check in with candy and personal service. For example by walking with you to the elevator. Unfortunately we could not provide everybody a free drink because this is a special service given by some tour operators. The elevator had its maintenance. You're absolutely right that a notification wasn’t enough. We should have put arrows on the elevator. Nonetheless, we hope you had a wonderful trip.
