We booked the top room for 3 nights, when we arrived our room was not available first night (this should have been communicated to us in advance, poor service to let clients arrive and tell them this at 8pm knowing full well we have no other option at that point) Toiletries were not refreshed in the room (tiny wee bottles barely enough for 2 people of one day never mind 3) leaving us without proper washing facilities. Hotel is nice but certainly NOT 4 STAR.
