"The staff here always gives first class service. The property is conveniently located near many fine restaurants and travel hubs. I give it a '10" during all my stays in Germany."

"Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."

"The breakfast was poor. Small selection - I will nor recommand to use InterCityBerlin Nord due to the breakfast. The menu for dinner was mor like the menu you can have at a nerar by gas station."

"I loved the refillable water, especially the tap for sparkling water The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is but the staff kindly let me get some milk for my toddler and an Uber Eats delivery of a Subway meal cost less The room is lovely, neutral view with a little bit of the train station visible which the toddler loved Wifi is great, fast and available Shower was also great The receptionists are lovely too, with just 1 exception"
