  • Beautiful independent vacation home, 3 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Principina a Mare (Grosseto). The house extends over the ground floor, is surrounded by a large fenced private property and is located on a large farm. 3 sides of the house are surrounded by a large veranda equipped for relaxing and outdoor dining with barbecue. Small children's play area with swing, slide and sandbox. 2 parking spaces on the property. Your four-legged friends are welcome here. Good location for a beach vacation and to explore the most interesting sights of the coastal area of Maremma. 10 km Grosseto with charming old town, 16 km the idyllic fishing village of Castiglione della Pescaia with picturesque medieval town center, its beautiful old castle and sandy beaches, 37 km the elegant and exclusive Punta Ala with marina and golf course, 32 km Cala Violina with its crystal clear waters, 38 km Follonica, 53 km Ansedonia, 54 km Porto Santo Stefano. The hinterland is rich in traces of the Etruscan civilization. 41 km Scansano with the famous wine area of Morellino di Scansano. 50 km the natural thermal baths of Saturnia. Siena and its Piazza del Campo can be reached in an hour by car (92 km).

Komfortabel ausgestattete Ferienvilla

Gut konzipiertes Ferienhaus mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern. Durch eine Gangtür ist ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett getrennt von dem anderen Bad und den 2 anderen Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein großer Sat.-TV. Aus dem Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf eine große überdachte Terrasse. Durch einen Kinderkletterturm mit Rutsche und einer Schaukel fühlen sich die Kinder wie auf einem Spielplatz. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und damit super für Kleinkinder oder Hunde geeignet. Zwei überdachte Carports und viel Grasflächen machen das Grundstück perfekt. Wir haben uns (4 Erwachsene ein 2-jahriges und ein 8 Monate altes Kind und ein Hund) sehr wohlgefühlt.

Propietà spaziosa immersa nella natura,pecca un pò nella pulizia ma nel complesso accogliente .Si sta bene in 3 coppie anche con bambini.Impegnativo l'ultimo KM di sterrato per arrivarci con profonde buche.

Max e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa "lontani da casa". Ci hanno atteso sorridenti e ci hanno accompagnato nella visita della casa. Ci hanno offerto un'ospitalità perfetta e hanno pensato anche ai più piccoli dettagli per farci sentire da subito a nostro agio. La casa è bella, pulitissima, profumata, arredata con gusto e superaccessoriata. Anche l'area esterna è molto curata, con siepi di rosmarino, palme, alberi fioriti e profumati. Un soggiorno di grande relax
