11 Bedroom Tranquil Waterfront Getaway

"This place came fully loaded with anything we could have possibly needed. From fully stocked kitchens, condiments, tea,coffee to loaded out door equipment. Beach chairs, patio furniture, 6 paddle boards, several kayaks, life jackets and about 6 bikes. Our family gathering of 18 had plenty of room and privacy as we rented all 3 units. We all enjoyed the outdoor activities and paddled across the water to a restaurant. Instead of heading into mystic like we had planned, we decided to hangout around the fire pit at night and enjoy our family The host we very responsive when one of the bedrooms was locked and we couldn't get into it and they sent someone over to unlock it for us. Overall great experience and we'd love to come in the future as it was such a great set up"

"Very clean, good communication ....kitchen VERY WELL equipped and stocked, but there was no place to sit and eat (counter with high stools was very narrow and you could not have table conversation looking at a wall). Outdoor furniture had no cushions as pictured in ad. Also all 4 tv's (too many?) need streaming passwords. It worked for 2 people, but with 3 comfortable queen beds, it would be "too cozy" for 6 people in the common area. Bedrooms were really small with no reading lights. It was right on the water ...in the middle of a working marina. Saw beautiful moon, sunset, and even a rainbow after the rain."

"The family stayed here for the USCG Academy parents weekend. Our Coastie loved the huge tv and family movie nights. The house was immaculate and the beds incredibly comfortable. The location is close to the academy as well as Mystic. Restaurants, shops and aquarium were enjoyed by the entire family. The host was prompt and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend"

"The property is a ground floor unit of a two family dwelling and was lovely and clean. Linens were provided, which even included black towels for makeup removal. Each bedroom was a nice size as well. One bedroom is particularly ideal for those travelling with a pack-n-play as the crib can easily be setup without obstructing a path. The host was highly communicative."
