"The house was beautiful, just as described, and perfect for our family of nine. There was plenty of room and with nine people we still did not utilize all of the beds available. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great space to enjoy meals with family. The living areas were very spacious, which gave everyone room to spread out to play games to read or just rest. Plenty of games are provided. The home is beautifully decorated, and well appointed and CLEAN, just two blocks from a gorgeous private beach with incredibly clear water. The upper deck was a wonderful spot for our family together. The views are beautiful. Damien was super accommodating and made everything easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily recommend this home 100%."

"We stayed here for a quiet family trip. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The water view is stunning. There is a lovely deck outside to relax and take in the view. There is a private dock and we enjoyed kayaking. The house and deck are beautifully decorated. High end furniture, appliances, and everything appeared new. With 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, there is plenty of space. Also a separate sitting room on a second floor. The location was quiet and peaceful, a 4 minute drive to the Eastern beach, and about 15 minutes or less to downtown Mystic. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again."

"This is a lovely 7 bedroom Victorian house in a quiet community. There are contemporary updates in every room. The house has been decorated with attention. There is a lovely porch which our family used when the weather permitted. The dining room table was comfortable for our family of 15. At times we used another table for extra room. The beach is really adorable and even has a boardwalk and rides. It is a quiet beach and only a few minutes away by car. I recommend this house."
