Panoramic villa 2 km from the sea, immersed in the green of Montesecco hill. The villa offers a 360 degree view and is composed of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, large panoramic terrace, six bedrooms (4 double, one for 5 and one single) with balcony, 4 bathrooms, swimming pool, large garden with children's play area, two parking spaces. Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay one week. Linen provided upon request and against payment.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa nelle Marche con un gruppo di 12 persone. Spaziosa, pulita e immersa nel verde, con una piscina perfetta per rilassarsi. La cucina sarebbe da attrezare in modo diverso con piu disponibilità utensili, ma le camere confortevoli. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Un posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e natura. Consigliatissima!

Familienurlaub von Klein bis Groß

Der erste Eindruck war gut. Denn der Empfang des Vermieters war herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch Fragen nach einer guten Pizzeria oder einem guten Strandabschnitt wurden beantwortet. Die Bewertungen der einzelnen Bereiche sind unsere Eindrücke und werden sicherlich auf Grund eigener Erfahrungen abweichen. Das ist das, was uns wichtig war. Garten: schöne Olivenbäume, jedoch auch viele Mücken Pool: Groß, perfekte Temperatur, wird regelmäßig gereinigt Terrasse: groß, locker Platz für bis 15 Pers. Küche: einfache Ausstattung, eine Filterkaffeemaschine haben wir uns selbst gekauft, ein fehlender Topf wurde zügig zur Verfügung gestellt Schlafzimmer: mit Ventilatoren, teilweise beschädigte bzw. Keine Fliegengitter, Betten teilweise zu kurz ( wenn man größer als 1,86m ist) Bäder: kleine Duschnische, kein Fliegengitter Fitnessraum: gut ausgestattet Dachboden: großer klimatisierter Raum Haus allgemein: großräumig, leider teilweise alter modriger Geruch Im Grunde genommen, wenn man die Anforderungen etwas runterschraubt, kann es ein schöner Aufenthalt werden. Jedoch müssen wir im Endeffekt sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passt.

Freundlicher Empfang. Gutes Objekt für Familien mit Kindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Kleine Probleme wurden rasch gelöst. Der Pool wird gut gepflegt und das Objekt bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu betätigen. Die Strände und das Meer in der Umgebung sind sehr sauber. Die Geschäfte haben sieben Tage geöfnet. Besten Dank an den Vermieter Gianluigi!

Erholung mit Poolspaß, Olivenhain und Meerblick

Für einen Familienurlaub mit Teilnehmern aller Altersklassen bietet diese Unterkunft zahlreiche Möglichkeiten: Spaß am großen Pool neben einem gewachsenen Olivenhain zum Entspannen, diverse Sportmöglichkeiten (Platz für Fußball, Basketball und Volleyball, Fitnessstudio im Keller, Fußballkicker), sowie einem Essplatz auf einer großzügigen Terrasse mit Meerblick. Unseren Gastgeber Gianluigi konnte man unkompliziert erreichen, die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut! Das Haus ist ein wunderbarer Ort für Urlaub mit Sonne, bei längeren Schlechtwetterperioden besser für Familien mit bis zu 8 Personen (siehe Wohnzimmerbeschreibung) geeignet. Insgesamt ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen in wunderbarer Umgebung!

Sea views, the perfect pool and space for everyone

We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. There is a bbq space if you want to cook outdoors. The loft room (air conditioned) is very big and can easily fit a family of four or more. The other 5 rooms have fans and most have access to a balcony with views. The property is ideal for families and friends staying together.
