PRETTY PROVENCAL VILLA WITH POOL

"Tutto perfetto. Location bellissima e perfettamente aderente alle fotografie. Tutti gli spazi sono ben distribuiti sia internamente che esternamente. In particolare la zona piscina è bellissima con cucina esterna, frigorifero, piastra e forno pizza. Tutto quanto necessario è presente in casa. Check in semplicissimo e ottima possibilità di comunicazione con la proprietà. Anche la posizione è ottima. A piedi è possibile raggiungere supermercato, panetteria, tabaccheria e ristoranti. Sicuramente una esperienza eccellente."

"Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay in Saint Vallier de Thiey with Christope and Nadine!They were both incredibly welcoming.The accommodation was as described and as per the photos, and the holiday house was sotlessly clean with all the utensils and crockery required to make it a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a plancha grill outside.The pool is reasonably large and, despite it being a shared pool with Christophe and Nadine, we had the pool to ourselves the entire time we were there. The village itself is lovely - the atmosphere is friendly and has a supermarket, boulangerie, various restaurants and a few other shops, and there is a weekly market on Sunday mornings. It is also only a 20 min bus ride away from Grasse, which is well worth exloring, and there are train connections to Nice, Monaco and Cannes from there if you don't have a car.My only word of warning would be about the stairs to the first floor bedrooms - they are very steep, so may not suit everyone! But otherwise would highly recommend this villa!"

"Wir, 10 Personen, waren vom 04.07.bis 14.07. in der Unterkunft zu Gast. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und es gab keine Probleme mit der Anfahrt zum Haus ( da hatten wir schon viel schwierigere Anfahrtswege in der Region zu meistern ). Die Aussicht am Haus ist phänomenal. Der grosse Pool war ein absoluter Glücksfall, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiss war. Das Haus hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung und wir hatten alle genügend Platz.Das Inventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste erneuert werden, es handelt sich dabei eher um Kleinigkeiten, wie neuer Wasserkocher etc.. Auch auf Sauberkeit müsste mehr geachtet werden.Desweiteren müsste die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses vielleicht nochmal überarbeitet werden, die Angabe eines Studios auf dem Grundstück irritiert etwas, da dieses Studio vom Hausverwalter genutzt wird, jedenfalls als wir dort waren. Auf jeden Fall ist aber genug Platz für 14 Personen im Haupthaus.Der Ort Saint Cezaire ist wunderschön, mit kleinrn Lokalen und einem Supermarkt,der alles bietet, was man braucht. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Gegend und da schaut man gerne über kleine Mängel hinweg."

"Vacances très reposantes.grande piscine bien agencée. Grande pièce principale [cuisine, s a manger, salon ]rustique mais fonctionnelle et grande chambre..vues extra sur le versant ubac et ses propriétés ainsi que la méditerranée. Proximité des propriétaires surprenante dès notre arrivée mais leur serviabilité,leur gentillesse nous la font tolérer. 35mn de mandelieu où une première expérience municipale de plage autorisée aux chiens est tentée...nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l an prochain si la santé des propriétaires et la nôtre nous le permet.10sur 10 pour ces superbes vacances"

"We had an amazing couple of weeks with our children and friends. The location is brilliant with wonderful views, a nearby lake with inflatable assault courses, the property has great facilities, a lovely big pool, a choice of outside spaces that ensures you don’t feel too much need to venture out everyday and although we had a number of children with us we managed to find enough space for some peace and quiet when needed as well as lots of fun! The kitchen was great with a big hob, ice machine, 2 dishwashers and plenty of cooking equipment. There were a few small negatives that are worth a mention, a dirty bbq, which we chose not to use, we were not aware that two of the bedrooms are not accessed via the main house but have their own outside doors which made putting kids in them a bit tricky, we ran out of gas for a day on the kitchen cooker, mosquitos are an issue so it’s worth having plenty of repellant and the nights were very hot without air con during a heat wave with little night time air movement, they did have loads of fans though which helped. That said we would definitely recommend this property as we had a great time."
