Ground floor: Common room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and lounge. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 3 chairs. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Grožnjan. The holiday home is located on a open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Carefully designed and decorated with attention to the minimum detail to awake all your senses. Live a memorable getaway in this little jewel situated in one of the stone paved narrow streets filled with art gallerys and shops, wine tasting bars, restaurants, old crafts shops and surrounded by breath taking views. The property offers it's guests a fully furnished and equipped kitchen - dining - living room, pantry and bathroom on the gorund floor, a bedroom with queen size bed, bathtub and seating area together with an en suite bathroom on the first floor. In front of the house there is a seating area on the stone paved street that is part of the house. It is equipped with air conditioners on both floors, floor heating for the winter and a wood fireplace in the large bedroom on the first floor. The parking spot for guests is reserved at the towns parking lot as the old town center is a pedestrian are. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
