  • Our apartment is located in Gruissan, within a holiday complex. It features a secure parking space, a shared pool, and a sun deck.





    This spacious, fully air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and modern setting. You’ll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a 140-cm sofa bed, which increases the apartment’s sleeping capacity from two to four people.



    The dining room opens onto a pleasant terrace overlooking the pool. You can also enjoy a second terrace measuring over 20 m², equipped with lounge chairs and armchairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun.



    The residence enjoys an ideal location, close to the various daytime and nighttime activities offered by the town.



    Your host has an on-site manager who handles check-ins and check-outs, as well as any questions regarding life in the apartment. 



    You’ll receive the property manager’s contact information 72 hours before your arrival.



    All linens (sheets and towels) are provided. For stays longer than 7 days, a complete change of linens is provided.Please contact the property manager to schedule a time to return the sheets and towels and receive fresh linens.
