Gruissan House 3 Rooms, Terrace and Parking

Located near the cycle path, medical center, bakery, Intermarché supermarket, spa and leisure center, Clape hiking trails, and summer markets, the Bora Bora I Residence is easily recognizable by its small, camel-shaped bungalows, a typical style of construction and an integral part of the Gruissan landscape, with a central swimming pool.

This renovated holiday bungalow includes a sunny terrace, a main room with a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a shower room. Upstairs, you will find two lovely bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds.

Private parking.

End-of-stay cleaning included.

Sheets and towels are not provided; however, they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

The advantages of this vacation rental: Quick access to the bakery and shops, proximity to Grazel beach and its pedestrian promenade which leads you very quickly to the marina and the heart of old Gruissan, on foot or by bike. Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September.
