Appartement au 1er étage. Bien situé. Proche de la mer 5 min. La piscine de la residence est chauffée et surveillée les après midi.

Vacance reposante et très agréable .

Nous sommes arrivés à 9 heures du matin ( au lieu de 11 heures du matin) et nous avons été accueillis par la concierge et son magnifique sourire . Appartement très propres ,très bien décorés et avec tout le nécessaire dès votre arrivée . Nous nous trouvions a 100 m de la piscine très propre et bien surveillee . Je recommande vraiment Gruissan pour sa tranquillité et la proximité des commerces !! On peut tout faire à pied !!! Au diable la voiture !!! Nous y retournerons très certainement l année prochaine...

Très bon séjour. Appartement très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied (port, plage, commerces, laverie...) S'il y avait un petit inconvénient un peu bruyant la nuit surtout quand on dort les fenêtres ouvertes) la communication avec la propriétaire et la concierge au top. Le plus la piscine surveillée par un maître nageur. Je recommande vivement, une adresse à garder 😜

Séjour agréable à Gruissan

A mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par madame URENA , la concierge qui a été top. Elle s'est montrée disponible tout au long du séjour. Madame ROBERT, la propriétaire, a eu des petites attentions très appréciables : boissons fraiches dans le réfrigérateur à mon arrivée, nouveau ventilateur, petit message à la fin du séjour pour savoir si tout s'était bien passé. L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du port rive gauche, de ses commerces et de ses animations mais aussi de la plage. Le petit bémol est que cette proximité amène aussi beaucoup de bruit tard le soir. J'ai résolu ce problème grâce à l'efficace double vitrage, une fois la baie vitrée fermée, je n'entendais quasi plus rien.

Appartement bien situé, agréable et proche de tous commerces. Je le conseille.

Cet appartement est bien agencé. Et suffisamment grand pour deux adultes et deux enfants. La piscine est surveillée. Les commerces sont proches. Il en est de même pour la plage. Tous les soirs vous avez des animations. Et le plus, vous avez une place de parking attitrée. Mme ROBERT (la propriétaire ) est très réactive à vos interrogations. Gruissan est une petite ville très jolie. Si vous ne connaissez pas ce coin là, nous vous le recommandons. On a passé de belles vacances.

Idéal pour un jeune couple que nous sommes. Mme Robert et Mme Urena la concierge ont été très accueillante. Le studio fourni tout le matériel dont on peut avoir besoin pour la cuisine et l'entretien. Le parking et la piscine privée sont très appréciable. De plus, tout est à proximité (office de tourisme, magasins, restaurant, plage). Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Petit bémol : les volets en mauvais état
