I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful.

We were a little disappointed with this stay. We booked on the basis the hotel had a pool, but on arrival found there was an extra charge for use. Our room was very small. Only one side of the bed was accessible. House keeping staff and catering staff were friendly, reception staff were cold. Breakfast, which was included, was fantastic.

"Lovely atmosphere and great common areas. Room was also nice, however bad smell in the bathroom and a little dusty around the bed and lots of cobweb on the windows (when opening window spiders came in). Great staff. Restaurant waitress spoke only English and didn't know the meny but asked collueges. ..."

"We stayed here as attending a friend's wedding and booked a triple room. What we got was a chalet with two separate bedrooms which was brilliant.
