The receptionist I met was excellent — very helpful, polite, well‑mannered, and accommodating. The hotel offers a good breakfast and has a beautiful outdoor seating area with mountain views. "Very basic room. No frills. Location was fine for what we needed. There is a restaurant 3 min away. Access to room is with a code that was provided via email. We did not have breakfast. Never saw any staff."

Right next to the railway cog that takes you up the mountain which is so cool! And you can hear the stream from inside. Great deck too. Grateful for my stay!"
