In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

"Beautiful property, however we experienced a poor customer service during check in. We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets.
