"Ein sehr einfaches, älteres Hotel mit entsprechendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war günstig, allerdings auch sehr schlicht ausgestattet. Das Bett (Schrankbett) war nicht besonders komfortabel, und das WC befand sich gegenüber im Flur. Das Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Der Service könnte insgesamt etwas aufmerksamer sein. "Dans l’ensemble, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé, mais quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Le stationnement est payant (16 € par jour) et doit être réglé à l’arrivée. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Lors des journées chaudes, il est nécessaire d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la pièce. Les ascenseurs sont également un peu lents, surtout lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de clients. J’ai aussi remarqué qu’il n’y avait pas de système de ventilation apparent dans la chambre, ce qui peut rendre l’air un peu lourd après un certain temps. Enfin, les chambres ne sont pas équipées d’un fer à repasser ni d’un coffre-fort. Ce sont de petits détails qui pourraient améliorer le confort des voyageurs. Malgré ces quelques points, l’hôtel demeure une option convenable, et j’espère que ces améliorations pourront être prises en considération."

"Check in was easy and the property was immaculately clean. Great location particularly for the Racecourse. There were certain minor things that just let things down a touch. There was no reply to my e-mail about leaving luggage on our departure, although I did eventually find a team member to check on this. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and there was no apology nor explanation. Over all, a good stay that could have been perfect."

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose. It took several hours to cool down the room each time we entered for the evening. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect."

"This is a really lovely apartment hotel in a former industrial building, the highlight of which is a Patanoster. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a lovely loft-style setting – high-quality produce such as a superb selection of cheeses, really good scrambled eggs, delicious croissants and so on. The only downsides this time were a) the heat (the room had no air conditioning, which isn’t usually a problem in Hamburg, but this week and last week were really sweltering) and b) the fact that during the week, after 10 pm when the bar closes, there’s no way to buy drinks or anything similar. A small vending machine would be helpful."
