Adjacent to it, a 27 square metre dining room provides ample space for communal meals, with direct access to both the garden and a 60 square metre terrace. The kitchen, measuring 12 square metres, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. A separate WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms of 20 square metres each are configured with 3 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each room includes a hand-basin, a shower with WC, a television, and a video player.
