"Staff were very friendly and accommodating! They gave me suggestions and directions for places to eat and visit around town. Communication with hotel before my stay was excellent! Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Thank you for the extra pillows!! Breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price. Excellent location; only a couple of blocks to the train station made it easy to walk to, and just a 20 minute walk to the main area of Verona!! If I come back to Verona, I will absolutely stay here again!"

All of the staff here, go out of their way to ensure your stay is as wonderful as Verona is and I would only ever stay here when visiting. Location is perfect, rooms spacious and very comfortable. "Restaurant for dinner excellent food reasonable cost. Reception staff very helpful. Room clean and modern. We had a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool which was super. Only one plastic cup in the bathroom..no glasses for beverages. Otherwise all ok"
