"We had an amazing stay at Cayena. The standard room was spacious and well appointed. The food was yummy and the staff superb. Andrew in particular helped us for over an hour change a flight. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a rental car which helped to get around to area sites as the hotel is a bit remote. "

"El lugar cuenta con lo básico sin embargo se fue la luz en la primera noche y fue imposible dormir por el calor. Debería hablar un trapero para limpiar el baño. Sería muy interesada que se complementará la estadía con planes ecológicos como limpiar la playa del frente al alojamiento ya que es demasiado sucia (plástico, vidrio, calzado, etc). "Great place right on the beach. Marisol is the best!"

"Very friendly, very helpful. When our driver couldn't make it to the Casa to take us to Santa Marta airport for our flight to Bogota, Marisela took us both in our car and drove the hour and 15 minutes to drop us off at the airport. Even though we don't speak much Spanish at all, her entire staff took the effort to communicate with us in English throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and you have the choice of tenting on the beach to common dorm type accomodation to a couple of rooms...
