"Staff: they're really kind and they always do their best to accommodate your needs (ps: they don't speak English)
Room: modest, good for 1 or 2 nights max
Breakfast: good

"The rooms and breakfast are very good. The location is good for the square and the port. The street outside the hotel isn't overly pleasant though. Whilst the rooms were very clean, the pool and the jacuzzi were less so with a thick layer of green scum on the latter."
"A hidden gem in the historic part of Santa Marta, gorgeous setting, comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful and provided lots of info and contacts for nearby activities. "
"Our stay at hotel casa mia was very nice. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach and ahopping was perfect. We had a pleasant stay, thank you."

"We stayed one night and enjoyed the large, minimalist room — spotless and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The double bed was very comfortable, though given the size of the room, having queen beds in all rooms might be a nice improvement.
The Wi-Fi was superfast and reliable throughout our stay, which was great for getting some work done. The air conditioning kept the room cool in the tropical heat. The shower pressure was good, and the water temperature was warm, but didn't need to be hot given the warm outside weather.
Check-in was easy and welcoming, with very friendly and personable staff who made us feel comfortable right away. We appreciated using the common area to work both before check-in and after checkout, which was very convenient as we waited for our airport transfer.
The property felt very safe, with 24-hour staff presence. It was also nice to see a dog on the property, which added a friendly, pet-friendly atmosphere.
Breakfast was simple and basic, but still appreciated. We didn't use the pool or spa, but the pool area looked inviting and well-maintained.
The location was excellent — just a short, walkable distance to the beach front and local cafes. The airport bus stop is only about 50 metres away and offers a very affordable transfer option to the airport (COP 2,700 per person), much cheaper than a taxi."
"The stay was absolutely amazing the staff recomended us to watch the sunset on the roof and it was absolutely breathtaking. We decided to eat at the restraunt downstairs and their food was out of this world!"
