Property is located in a quiet area surrounded by trees. There’s minimum traffic and it is easily accessible from the main avenue. Cleanliness can improve as there was human hair in the bathroom sink area and the floor. Shower was clogged and you needed to make sure there was no water accumulated. Worst thing was that the bathroom door was broken and there was no way to use it. It was completely disengaged from the wall. This was reported to the owners but it was not fixed during the stay. The room had good lighting and the bed was comfortable. Some of the walls and furniture had damage and stains. Advertisement pictures reflect a time when the room was in much better conditions.

No staff on site for check-in. Terrible customer support as they don’t respect the policy shown on Expedia regarding changes to your reservation. The room was so tiny and the photos provided aren’t even close to the reality of the place!!! It looks like the photos were taken 10 years ago and no maintenance was done whatsoever. Horrible smell of moisture and wall paint shipped and damaged furniture.

La habitación huele mal, entre humedad y a drenaje desagradable. Tiene mala ventilación, es muy caliente y no hay aire acondicionado. Hay un ventilador ruidoso que saca poco aire. El sillón cama donde durmió mi hijo de 7 años estaba en muy mal estado y no debería ofrecerse como una opción para dormir. La atención fue muy cordial, nos ayudaron dándonos la habitación disponible antes del checkin lo cual agradezco mucho :) El restaurante es muy bueno. Para estacionarse es si o si en la calle, no hay un solo lugar resguardado.

Los inquilinos son muy tranquilos, ni se nota que haya gente, Pero cerca pasa el tren y es muy molesto de madrugada, hay un olor raro la mayoría de tiempo (no es de la casa) supongo que es demlas fábricas cercanas. Es la segunda vez que me hospedó ahí, solo que está vez la habitación no tenía frigobar y había que bajar hasta la planta baja, muy incómodo.
