This hotel was near so much touristy places. breakfast was great and they kept the place clean. I did not like that there was roaches but overall staff was great and had no issues with checking in and out.

Breakfast at the hotel was good. Fruits were my favorite to start the day. Location of the hotel couldn’t be better . Four blocks to Centro Comercial Andares with all its dinning choices.

Very happy with the service, arrived a few hours early for check in and was able to check into the room and rest. The staff very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious with healthy and traditional cuisine options. Walking distance to the shopping area and a very safe stay.

My stay was great! The personnel were so nice and welcoming that I felt safe staying there by myself. The only thing I wish they had available in my room was a microwave and fridge. My room didn’t have that. Other than that- great place to stay and not expensive. Would recommend to solo travelers.

I like that shopping and dining is very close by. I did no like how the bottom entrance to get to the lobby looks like. The price is great for the service and to get a good sleep in a clean, comfortable room with TV and air conditioner. Breakfast included was convenient,

Staff was excellent, but the building in general was on the remodeling, but only the front desk, shower door wouldn’t close all the way towels were dirty and old water out the shower barely came out and would go from cold to hot, but if you’re on a budget and you only go to sleep and wake up, don’t matter to you then it worked, but if you’re not on the budget, it’s worth to look around and pay extra few books, but on the upside down downstairs from it, it had a lot of shops, 7-Eleven restaurants bars, which was cool. I put the maintenance in the building itself sucks breakfast was excellent. Can’t lie about that. All staff members were great treated you well would respect greeted you just a building in general in the rooms.

Nice area. Near a nightclub that was noisy and our room heard the overnight road contraction. Five couples all came in the same van, and the luggage person insisted he take her bags, but then never brought them up and then had no way of distributing them and we kept having to ask repeatedly to just let us take our own bags because he had no idea where they would go. Obviously looking for a tip, but we became nervous because our bags didn’t come up from the ground level for quite a long time. Great location, staff was accommodating and let us hang out in the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast staff was fabulous and overall a good stay other than the noise and luggage confusion.
