This location is in the best area ever. Everything is walking distance. You can get picked up by Ubers in the lower level. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future vacations

Excellent stay! The staff at Hotel Alo Degollado was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Guadalajara. The outstanding customer service really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and hospitality!

Overall experience was amazing, staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and had great room service. This hotel is in the center of amazing historical buildings but like any downtown there will be sketchy areas. The Uber ping for this hotel drops you off in the bottom near homeless people, if you want to avoid that you should ping the corner restaurant (Los 7 Pozoles). This hotel is also next to a busy street so you will hear cars driving at all hours. On the plus side you will be located near so many stores and restaurants that those small issues wont matter, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—the breakfasts were delicious and of very good quality. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room looked like the advertisement. It came with a daily brunch but you could order off the menu, as well, for a price. The brunch had many options and not all were fantastic but a few were and that was enough. Coffee and some drinks were also included and they had different dishes to try daily. The staff were quick to help out and very friendly, eventhough I didn't speak much Spanish. It's good to have a translation app. It helped me out a lot. It's best to get your uber from the parking garage down below, because the front entrance isn't on a street but on a promenade. The uber puts there hazards on while approaching, so you can see them coming from the garage. When you head back to the hotel from the garage, there's a button to push from the outside so they can let you in. I was happy with my stay.

We had a great stay here. The rooms are modern. They were super clean and the staff did a great job every day. Everyone was very friendly and the front desk was even able to arrange transportation for us as needed.
