Very nice staff, hotel was very clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and very small for 2 people. The pullout/ futon bed was convenient but also uncomfortable.

It was very convenient to get to Guadalajara Expo (only a 10 minute walk), but the area didn't seem very safe (particularly at night). The hotel, while clean, desperately needs a remodelation or new items (like the beds or the pillows). The staff were very attentive and kind, definitely the best part of the whole experience. All in all, good accomodations, but could improve quite a bit with renovations.

La habitación estaba limpia y completa. Solo la ubicación no era la mejor, al estar enfrente de bodegas y centrales de abasto. Pero fuera de eso, el hotel es bastante cómodo y el personal muy amable. El restaurante de abajo 10/10
