The room was very basic, but clean. I like that they have a small restaurant and food was tasty. Open air window & ceiling fan so temperature was comfortable. Ask for a blanket at check-in as bed only had sheets. I only ordered water through room service but they were prompt and you pay upon delivery. Be careful to put a towel down if your get bathroom floor wet as it's very slick. Very close to 2 hospitals. A value choice option. Also they keep your ID at check-in.

Descuidada, sillones rotos, pésima limpieza, ruidosa, la televisión sin señal, sin Aire. Sin juegos de camas suficientes y limpios . Te retienen tu identificación . ( lo cual debe estar prohibido ) Lo único bueno es la ubicación si tienes necesidad de estar cerca del hospital .

Es un lugar con muy mala higiene

Me cambiaron de habitación ya que la que avía reservado no contaba con luz al cambiarme de habitación era más pequeña y tenía un aroma muy desagradable las toallas estaba sucias en mal estado.

El hotel es muy agradable relación precio-beneficio, queda muy cerca a pie de pediatría IMSS, apto para niños, . Y el problema del olor del agua es en toda la ciudad . No solo el hotel ! Contenta con el alojamiento.
