If I were to travel for business without my wife. I most definitely would stay at this hotel. I would say for the price point, it is a great value. Fresh coffee and cookies are offered early in the morning which is much appreciated. Angel the receptionist was super helpful and accommodating.

Ac damage on our first room. They couldn’t fix it but provide us with fans. Second room second day ac was leaking and door lock wouldn’t work so the provide with physical keys.

Convenientemente ubicada a pocos minutos de la Expo Guadalajara. El ruido proviene de la avenida, que es muy transitada. El personal muy amable y atento. Hacen un excelente trabajo para mantener limpias las instalaciones y habitaciones. El precio es justo por lo que recibes. Definitivamente es una opción adecuada para quienes visitan la Expo.

Muy buena relación costo servicio. Habitaciones sencillas y cómodas. Muy buen trato del personal. El estacionamiento un poco complicado porque se llena rápido. Desayuno incluido básico y rico. Los cuartos están poco aislados y se escucha todo el movimiento exterior. Muy buena ubicación.

El personal de Ama de llaves habla mucho por las mañanas, se hace notar como si estuviera uno dormido en una vencindad o una casa de huespedes. El olor de la habitacion 108 apesta horrible a caño, baje a pedir que me cambiaran de habitacion y me negaron el cambio (pesima actitud), lamentablemente ya habia pagado mi estancia completa y no pude cambiarme de hotel, me acerque con ama de llaves para pedir una tapa y colocarla en la coladera de la regadera porque el olor era horrible. La llave de la habiacion se desactivama continuamente, es horrible pasar a recepcion a cada rato para activar la llave y poder entrar a la habitción. El personal Kevin, Eduardo y una chica del turno nocturno excelentes con el servicio.
