The hotel was **nothing like what was shown in the pictures or described on the Expedia website**. The rooms were much smaller than advertised, and there was almost no communication in English. We had to use our phones to translate everything with the staff. The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing. We were limited to one cup of coffee and had to choose between coffee or juice. There was no milk or cream, and the vegetarian option was only a tortilla with chips in red sauce, which was very bland. I strongly feel Expedia should verify hotels and their advertised services before listing them. What was advertised and what we actually received were completely different. This was very misleading and disappointing.

very bad place it looks abandoned the breakfast is not good the rooms are dirty it had roaches it’s a very oooooold building the elevators have to be conducted by someone the rooms have actual keys not like the cars ones the waiting/lobby is dirty like the couches are greasy they look black we rented for 4 night and we only stayed one because it even smelt nasty

Lo único que me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación, que en lo personal, considere clave en cuestión de movilidad, a pesar de no estar justo en el centro, que dicho sea de paso, la catedral esta como a 15 minutos caminando. En cuanto a lo malo... varias cosas: 1. La estructura y mobiliario es viejo, por ende esta muy descuidado, en la habitación que me asignaron, la puerta del baño en la parte de abajo estaba rota, como carcomida por la humedad, además no tiene ventilación. 2. Las toallas no son blancas, más bien gris de lo percudidas que están. Mala experiencia porque pedí más toallas y de forma molesta, me las entregaron. 3. En cuestión de insumos, colocan 2 pequeños Jabones y una mini mini botella, de lo que creo era shampoo que claramente no use. Colocan una botella de 600 ml de agua, que no use y al siguiente día desapareció. 4. El desayuno es muy muy básico, solo hay 2 opciones de comida, Chilaquiles o huevo, así como de bebida, 1 vaso de jugo o 1 taza de café, el refill se cobra aparte, sea de bebida o pan (bolillo). 5. Hay varios horarios de servicio, por ende, varios empleados, pero el señor que nos atendió al inicio, Sr. Salvador, muy buena persona y recomiendo el Tour a Tequila que el ofrece, bueno, el hotel. 6. El agua, pésima, aunque me parece que es problemática en toda la ciudad. 7. El Elevador funciona, peroooo, se manipula de forma "manual" es decir, esperas a que una persona suba por ti y te baje y viceversa. Hay cucarachas :(

Buena ubicación, personal amable, desayuno de cortesía rico pero todos los días es lo mismo, habitación limpia pero ya no te dejan más jabón ni papel de baño, edificio viejo,huele a viejo y lo peor es que el baño huele a drenaje y el agua sale con olor a fierro no se puede bañar porque quedas oliendo a fierro. Todo puede ser soportable excepto el olor a drenaje y el agua a fierro.
