Kind staff members willing to help, food was good in the restaurant. I will share that I wish they would restock my soda/snacks on my 2 day there. Plus the coffee machine in the room was faulty as well so had to go to the restaurant to have coffee, gym can use an update. Otherwise everything else was good.

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and my mom while attending my best friend’s wedding in Guadalajara, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by the staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, from healthy choices to traditional Mexican cuisine, so there was something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great place to relax and spend time with the family. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guadalajara. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean. Decent location but such a big city definitely need to uber to site see the city. Biggest disappointment was the staff being uptight about off site beverages by the pool. Going to the pool with kids was difficult since they wouldn’t allow waters or other sports drinks not bought at the hotel bar.

EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I travel often and have stayed in many quality hotels, but Hotel Executivo in Guadalajara, Jalisco, was truly top-notch. Starting with the warm, beautiful smiles from every staff member—from the front desk and bellmen to the restaurant and room service staff—everyone was incredibly polite, regardless of the time of day or night. Once we checked in, we found our room to be very nice and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which was a welcome relief after a very long day. We will definitely be returning! Thank you (Gracias a todos ustedes por ser nos sentir muy especial, Diosito los Bendiga!) all for making us feel very special, God Bless you all! Mr & Mrs Avelar
