This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of historic Guadalajara. All of the hotel staff we met were courteous, kind, and professional. The property is beautiful and well-kept with various art pieces and small galleries throughout. It felt so serene inside. Our room was spacious and quiet; the hallway to the guest rooms required a keycard to enter so there was that extra layer of security. The hotel gym was well-equipped and clean. Breakfast (included) was made to order and delicious. We also ate two excellent dinners in the hotel restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Guadalajara!

I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The best part was the staff and the service they provided for me and my family. I will say the hotel is located in the city center so there weren’t too many true authentic food options nearby, but definitely lots to go look at and walk around by.

Beautiful, cozy hotel stay

Welcoming staff, friendly and courteous fr9m the moment I walked in until my check out. The hotel is inviting, beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant and bar area are also lovely and the personnel was excellent. I really enjoyed the quietness at night, no traffic noise.

As a woman traveling alone, I was a little apprehensive of exploring Guadalajara. But Origen 438 was the perfect place for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the staff was friendly. Location was perfect, I felt safe and could walk or uber to everything I wanted to see. Next time I’m in Guadalajara I will definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, I especially enjoyed the hotel manager (I believe his name is Ricardo). Overall the hotel has an excellent ambiance with art and a very clean facility. This hotel was close to popular tourist spots and though located in the center, the room was quiet.

Everything was perfect. Clean room. 2 face cloths would of been better than one. Really that's the only suggestion. Everything was wonderful. Staff were excellent, food was great. Close walk to so much!
