"We had an amazing stay at the Heritage Estate in Arroyo Grande! The home is absolutely beautiful — very spacious inside and out, with a gorgeous yard and relaxing back porch that was perfect for our family gathering. It comfortably accommodated our whole group for my son’s 18th birthday weekend.The house had everything we needed, including two pool tables and two refrigerators, which made hosting so much easier. It was also a very short drive to ride the ATVs we rented on Sunday, which made the weekend even more fun and convenient.The only suggestion we would make is adding TVs to the additional bedrooms, as there are currently only two in the home (family room and master bedroom). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"Cute little place. We had trouble with the stove tho, the oven seemed broken. Also, the wifi was very bad. We had to use our data from our phones. The sofabed was unable to open."

"What a lovely property! Host is wonderful and helpful and responds quick if you have any questions. When you think about the price of a killer QP of “amenities” that are included this place is just an insane deal. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future and would highly, highly recommend to any guests looking for a 420 friendly place to stay. Also has a full kitchen with labeled pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Overall 10/10 can’t wait to stay again "

"Peri was the BEST VRBO host we have ever had. She communicated well, gave clear instructions and was available at all hours. What an amazing experience for my grandchildren (age 10 and 12). Peri went above and beyond explaining everything quite thoroughly. I can’t say enough about how positive every moment was that we spent on the property. The house was clean, roomy, up to date with many amenities. I highly recommend this property. "

"The house was very clean and fee is reasonable. The listing states Queen bed in Bedroom 2, is not correct. It's a full size mattress, which was an issue because we had 4 adults. Interesting that wasn't mentioned in previous reviews. The house is on a busy road and near an intersection with Highway 1, so a lot of road noise. "

"This was our second time staying at one of Tammy’s properties, and once again, she was fantastic – always easy to reach and quick to communicate.The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to the beach – what more could you ask for? It was clean, well-stocked, and had everything needed for a large family even though our family was small. The bedroom with bunk beds felt spacious, and there were plenty of pillows, extra bedding, and cozy throws to keep everyone comfortable. My kid loved all the sand toys, and the fire ring was a wonderful addition for evenings. There were also more than enough beach chairs for a much larger group. We truly had a great stay."
