"Lamp shade broken and sofa outdated and torn . Carpenter probably needs to go get floors done to keep it sanitized, Other then that all was great"

"The place is amazing, clean and well located in Pismo beach area. Walk to the beach and downtown. My family enjoyed the stay. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast quality. It is hard to eat the same things with subpar quality everyday. So I would urge the hotel management to consider adding variety and pay attention to the quality."

"Took a little longer to check in, liked our room but the windows were FILTHY, it wouldn’t hurt to hire a window washing company… not that Santa Maria is nice, but still. Asked for extra pillows and the front desk said”no problem, bring them right up” but it never happened. No coffee downstairs and the in room coffee is garbage. "

"Minor repairs needed. Proximity to beach couldnt be better. Can walk to pier."

"Property has a gas fire to sit around that i did not use but was nice. The amenities swimming pool was nice to have and the kids area to swim. The room was clean, one TV did not have batteries on the remote control and cannot be used. Place is nice."
