Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen! Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin, ihre schnelle Reaktion und kompetente Unterstützung bei Fragen. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, abseits von jeglichem Trubel. Mit Auto kann man aber gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen, zum Beispiel nach Assisi. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Villa in toller Lage

Tolle Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen viele hilfreiche Tipps um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Lage ist super für Ausflüge aber auch ideal um den Tag am Pool zu verbringen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Posto incantevole in mezzo alle valli umbre, il paesaggio che si osserva dagli appartamenti è mozzafiato e suggestivo. Regna pace, tranquillità e una privacy invidiabile da qualsiasi altra casa vacanza. Allo stesso tempo la posizione è ottima per visitare i più bei borghi del centro Italia: in pochissimo tempo si raggiunge Foligno, Todi, Bevagna, Montefalco e tanto altro. Se invece ci si vuole rilassare nei giorni più caldi gli appartamenti sono accoglienti, puliti, costruiti recentemente, freschi, ventilati e dotati di 2 condizionatori e le piscine sono veramente un paradiso dei sensi. Lo consiglio sia per una vacanza con gli amici (piscina, barbecue e tanto spazio sono gli ingredienti principali), sia per una vacanza di coppia (guardare le stelle sdraiati sul prato, visitare i più antichi borghi umbri e mangiare il cibo tradizionale.. una favola romantica), sia per una vacanza di famiglia (i bambini hanno tanto spazio per divertirsi e i grandi la privacy per rilassarsi). I proprietari sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente.

Oasi di bellezza

Sono stata a Villamari per un breve soggiorno, sono di passaggio, e non sarei più voluta partire!. E' un luogo di grande armonia con la natura e di grande pace!. Sembra essere sospesi nel tempo, immersi nella natura viva, il canto degli uccelli, il volo di un'aquila, il verde intenso delle colline tutt'intorno, i merli di un castello medievale all'orizzonte. La casa è molto bella e confortevole, ho goduto soprattutto della grande terrazza panoramica dove ho pranzato ammirando il panorama a perdita d'occhio. L'esterno è curato, il giardino colorato di rose profumate. Molto piacevole stare sdraiati a bordo piscina con il panorama mozzafiato per la posizione dominante sembra di volare..Tornerò sicuramente!. Un grazie a MArio che è stato molto accogliente.

Fantastic holidays in Vila Mari (Pozzo)

Last summer we can enjoy fantastic days in Umbria with the family (we were 5 people with 2 children). The house was provided with all we need to stay comfortable and cooking. The swimming pool was long enough to swim, surrounded by nice landscape. It's a perfect place to visit the amazing towns of the area, especially recommendable Spoleto! Peace and Quiet in a wonderful place

For the second time we stayed in Villa Mari, in Pozzo (Umbria). The area is beautiful - far from the crowds, but not too far - you can easily reach a good restaurant for dinner, or visit towns like Spoleto, Assissi, Perugia, Spello,.... But once you sit on the terrace of the apartment No.8 you don't want to leave. There is lots of space to sit; it is only a few steps to the pool. The interior of the flat is very tasteful, and big enough for two. Big French windows open up from the bedroom to the garden. (The windows are provided with mosquito nets). Mario, the owner, can be asked for everything and does his best to keep his guests happy. Everything is just right, and we hope it stays a secret !

Realität ist etwas anders

Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön ABER: - Sie befindet sich nicht dort, wo sie auf der Karte angegeben ist, sondern 10 km weiter westlich fast im Nirgendwo, sehr ruhig aber weit ab. Zum nächsten Laden sind es 6 km. - Es ist kein Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die gibt es nur in einer dunklen Kellerwohnung. Es gibt 4 schönen Appartements mit nur einem Schlafzimmer und einem Schlafsofa in einer Wohnküche. - Es gibt KEIN Internet, WLAN oder WiFi. - In der Küche gibt es keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine, keinen Wasserkocher und keine Bier- und Schnapsgläser. - Der Besitzer verlangt mehr Geld, als auf FeWo-direkt ausgewiesen wird.

Wonderful retreat location.

This location is simply amazing. What you see on this site is what you get. The views are wonderful. After a few days in Rome this was such an amazing place to relax and really take in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Mario was a wonderful host, very accommodating and made our stay extra special. We will be back there in a heartbeat. Great location to unwind after a day of touring the various historical sites or after visiting a few vineyards.

Veramente stupenda .....appartamento come da foto che ci sono state mandate, molto pulito , gli spazi esterni molto ampi e interni giusti x una famiglia di 4 persone,giardino ben tenuto ,piscina adatta a tutta la famiglia viene pulita tutte le mattine ,la posizione strategica consente di visitare tutte le bellissime città umbre in breve tempo.cordialità simpatia e disponibilità . Great location, nice house (airco) & perfect pool!

The location is fantastic. The view is nice and rural. Lots of olive trees. The houses are small, but comfortable and with airco. The owner (Mario) is a very nice and friendly man who is also helpfull. The pool is perfect! Either the pool and the whole terrain are daily maintained. There is a good chance that we will come back once!

Very nice place

We had the pleasure to spend 4 days in May in this lovely place, the surroundings are very nice, situated on a hill with a 360 degrees view, fantastic ! Very secluded place but close to a lot of nice places in Umbria Mario and his daughter have made all efforts to make our stay as good as possible and dealt with a small problem we encountered immediately As we were in pre-season unfortunately the swimming pool was not yet open but we've enjoyed every minute of our stay definetely recommended ! relax, pace e panorama meraviglioso

Siamo stati ospiti nel casale la settimana di Ferragosto ed è stata un'esperienza davvero molto piacevole. La struttura nuovissima, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai particolari, si trova in una posizione ottima per godersi la pace delle colline umbre. In macchina ci si muove facilmente tra i vari paesini della zona dove c'è tutto tutto, supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti ect. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per chi ama fare passeggiate tra boschi e sentieri immersi nel verde. Tutte le mattine ci svegliavamo presto, qualche flessione in giardino con un panorama mozzafiato e subito a camminare nel verde, fantastico!! Le case sono tutte indipendenti anche se confinano tra di loro, noi siamo stati fortunati visto che era tutta gente molto educata. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve in più il barbecue in giardino è fantastico. Consiglio di valutare il fatto che esistono due casali, una a bordo piscina e l'altro a una ventina di metri più giù, noi eravamo giù al riparo da qualche schiamazzo dei bimbi che ogni tanto si sentiva. Per il resto è stato tutto piacevolissimo e il proprietario è stato davvero molto disponibile e cordiale in ogni momento del nostro soggiorno!

soggiorno fine agosto in umbria

La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di fine agosto in questa struttura che si trova immersa nelle verdeggianti colline umbre. Gli appartamenti e gli ambienti esterni a disposizione sono nuovi e molto puliti. L’ambiente circostante tranquillo e rilassante, la vista dalla nostra abitazione veramente fantastica. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e le varie località che volevamo visitare (Assisi, Perugia ecc.) si raggiungevano senza difficoltà in un ora di auto al massimo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e cordiale con noi , disponibile nel dare indicazioni sui posti da visitare e vedere.
